How do I book a class?
You can download the Remix Pilates app in Apple Store or Google Play, or go to this webpage to purchase classes and book.

What do I bring to class?
For safety and sanitary reasons, all clients must wear grippy socks while on the machines. You may bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.

What do I need to know as a first timer?
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class. We want you to meet your instructor and the machines!
Bring your grippy socks or you may purchase a pair in the studio.
Our classes welcome all fitness levels! We use slow and controlled movements which allow you to control your own intensity level. Our instructors are all trained to provide modifications for every exercise.

How do I cancel my reservation?
All cancellations must be made under your account on RemixPilates.com or on the Remix Pilates App. Cancellations must be made 8 hours prior to the class start time to avoid a penalty. If the cancellation is made within 8 hours of the start time, you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee as a member or may lose the class credit for credit packages. Members that fail to cancel or show up for class will be charged a $25 fee. Please reach out if you must late cancel for an extenuating circumstance or if you have any questions regarding cancellations.

Will my spot be given away if I am late to class?
Please try to arrive on time to class! If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to someone that is waiting.

How often should I take a class?
You can take class as much as you like as our classes or purposely curated to promote balanced bodies. We recommend you take class at least 3-4 times a week for optimal results.

How do memberships work and can I freeze my membership?
Memberships begin the first day you take class after purchasing your membership and auto-renew until cancelled. Memberships must be cancelled 30 days in advance. You may freeze your membership for up to three months. Notice of intent to freeze one’s account must be submitted to the studio via email no less than 30 days prior to the freeze date. The freeze request must state the freeze start date and reactivation date. Billing will resume automatically upon the end of the freeze period.
