The new studio in east Boca - Wow - a wonderful new addition to Boca & south PB county - great build out - light / fresh - the reformers are super quality & Amy is an amazing instructor ! If you liked solid core or enjoyed the previous Lagree studio. You will love Remix Pilates! what an amazing work out !
My first class was 4 days ago and this morning I completed my 3rd class.. this shows how enthusiastic I am about this method and the opportunity to strengthen just about every muscle in my body. Great pace but each move is slow and controlled to feel the burn. Beautiful clean studio in downtown Boca. Very competent and kind instructors. Highly recommend!
I absolutely loved the class! Brutal but so so worth it! Our instructor Daniella was the BEST! My cousin and I have never been to a Pilates class and she was super patient showing us the terminology and form! Would definitely recommend the class to anyone looking to start their Pilates journey.
